Commands
Everything under /sidekick, and the keys in the pane and band.
One command, subcommands after it.

/sidekick new <description> | Creates a persona from the description and makes it active |
/sidekick use <name> | Switches to a sidekick |
/sidekick off | Plain Claude; the persona section leaves the system prompt |
/sidekick talk | Toggles hands-free talk mode |
/sidekick mute · /sidekick speak | Stops or resumes spoken replies |
/sidekick voices | Lists installed voices and the active sidekick's resolved voice |
/sidekick voices install | Opens the System Settings pane to download natural voices |
/sidekick voice <voice> · /sidekick voice <name> <voice> | Gives the active sidekick, or a named one, a voice: /sidekick voice Ava |
/sidekick list | Lists every sidekick, the active one marked |
/sidekick rm <name> | Removes a sidekick |
/sidekick runs even while Claude is working.

The band takes keys after Ctrl+X Tab or a click; Esc returns them to the prompt.
Setting
In /config, the plugin has one option: Speak replies, on by default. /sidekick mute overrides it per session.
